Xiaomi has officially unveiled the next-gen Smart Band 10 fitness tracker in China. It comes with a 1.72-inch screen that supports a 60Hz refresh rate and an AMOLED display. The screen size has increased compared to the 1.62-inch screen on the previous smart band. The bigger display also supports 1500 nits brightness and a minimal bezel. As rumors speculated, the new band comes with material design straps along with specially built straps. In a store, the company has introduced over 200 watch faces to give a fresh look.
Some of those watch faces are customizable, and you can also use your background on the faces. Regarding health, users can find more than 150 sports modes, and some of those come with pre-built plans. Also, you can set your goals and start a daily workout with much-improved sensors.
All the other essential features like HR monitoring, Sleep management, SpO2 score, stress measurement, and other functions are present on the tracker. It comes with new HyperOS 2 software to provide enhanced battery performance, speed, and response in normal mode.
The battery will give the same 21 days of power in fair usage. For many generations, Xiaomi has given 21 days of battery life on their smart tracker, and this one will do the same. In a moderate use, for a normal user, it is more than enough juice. Apart from that, the band has find my phone, camera controller, music control, weather information, alarm, stop watch, DND, and AOD features.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 will first go on sale in China for CNY 269 ($37.5) for the non-NFC and CNY 319 ($44.5) for the NFC variant. It will also launch in other countries in the coming weeks for a similar price.
