Galaxy Watch 6 & Watch 7 have over 100 workout modes with various custom settings. You can choose any exercises for your daily fitness session, including HIIT workouts. Still, if you want to set up interval training on Galaxy Watches, then you can also do it. You can use custom training to add your specific goals and targets. You have to open activities from the given list to enable the training. It applies to all Samsung watches from the Galaxy Watch 4 to the Galaxy Watch 7
To do this, start a workout by running or cycling on the Galaxy Watch 6 or Watch 7 series. After that, you will see the Settings icon; tap on it. Here, tap on Target, and enable the option. Now, scroll down below to activate the Interval training options. You can also pause your workout when you finish the target. More options may come to the Galaxy Watch in other updates. The option is available for all the workout modes on Samsung smartwatches in the Samsung Health app.

You can use even more workout modes, specifically built for the Galaxy Watch Ultra. It includes exercises in running, swimming, and other high-intensity workouts. On a regular Samsung watch, you will find all the necessary modes you use daily. As per the report, Samsung could bring more workout modes for the Galaxy Watch 8 & Watch 8 Ultra. Currently, the company offers nearly 100 exercises, but the Xiaomi & Huawei wearables come with around 150 workout modes.
